Christmas in the Hall
Christmas in the Hall
After our 9.30 am service on a Sunday everyone is invited to coffee, tea and biscuits in the Parish Hall. This is a great opportunity to meet new people, get to know other members of the congregation and make friends. It is also a chance to chat with the clergy and ask questions about the service or anything else that is on your mind.
We hope to see you there.
Every Monday between 10 am and 12 noon we host a drop-in event at the Parish Hall for hot drinks and a piece of cake. It’s a chance to relax and meet friends or make new ones.
We know that life can be busy, so we wanted to create a space where people could come and just be themselves. Whether you’re looking for a quiet place to read or a chance to chat with others, we hope you’ll join us.
Every first Friday of the month, we host a charity lunch at 12:30 pm in the Parish Hall. The purpose is both to meet and to support an individual charity – a different one each month. There is a small charge for lunch with the proceeds going to the named charity.
We serve a simple lunch of home-made soup, bread rolls from the local bakery and cheese.
The lunch is a great opportunity to meet new people and to learn about the different charities that we support. We also hope that you will enjoy the food and that you will consider making a donation to the charity of the month.
We are always looking for ways to serve our community and to provide opportunities for people to connect with others. We have a variety of events going on throughout the year and we encourage you to look at our calendar to see what’s coming up.
You can also contact us for more information about any of our events. We would be happy to answer any questions you have and to help you to get involved.
